What should I have ready when I call about land work?
Where the land is, roughly how big the area is, what is on it now and what you want it ready for. A rough idea is enough.
Can I send the form instead of calling?
Yes. Fill in your name, phone number, town and what needs doing, and add anything about the land in the last box. The form goes straight to us and we call you back on the number you give.
Do I need to know which service I need before I ask?
No. Pick “Not sure yet” and describe the problem: water standing by the house, land you want cleared, a slope that keeps slipping. Working out which services that takes is part of the estimate.
Should I mention a septic field, a well or buried lines on the property?
Yes. A septic field, a well, a spring or a line run out to a barn tells us where the machines have to stay off, and it can change how the whole job is laid out. The sooner we know, the closer the estimate.
